Ken Schultz's Bio

I have been a Realtor for 35 years and have held a Brokers license for 30 years. I had my own company, Emerald Realty, when I worked with a developer, building and selling Emerald Woods condos in Elm Grove in the mid 90s.  I live in Hartford in Washington county and am active in the Chamber of commerce, the local senior center , the Saint Vincent De Paul Society and the condo association of Hartford Square Condominiums on which I serve as a board member.
